Yanks' Posada Will Avoid Disabled List

The New York Post - Jorge Posada will avoid the disabled list for the Yankees after having an MRI on his injured shoulder Wednesday, according to the New York Post.

The exam revealed nothing more than a strain to his shoulder, and he will not be placed on the DL as the team originally feared.

"I am really happy it's not bad," said Posada. "It's good news it's not worse." [READ]
