Baseball To Have Overseer For Testing

The New York Times - Major League Baseball and the players' union have tentatively agreed on a deal to bring in an administrator that would oversee the game's drug testing program, according to the New York Times.

The overseer will be appointed for a fixed term and may be protected from dismissal, according to lawyers close to the negotiations. [READ]
