Yankees' Kennedy OK For Next Start

The Republican-American - Yankees' pitcher Ian Kennedy is still scheduled to start on Saturday despite being hit in the hip with a line drive earlier this week, according to the Republican-American.

"It feels really good today," Kennedy said Tuesday. "I expected to be a lot more stiff. It's just a little seam mark where it hit. No bruising."

"He's feeling pretty good," Yankees' Manager Joe Girardi said as Kennedy threw his normal bullpen session on Wednesday. [READ]
